• Return method: Place the item securely in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and ship to the return address provided with your RMA confirmation.

• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You may use your own trackable shipping method or the prepaid label included in your package (a $2 deduction will apply if you use our label).

• Refunds:

  • Processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • May take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your provider.
